Keith Codex ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Keith Codex is a sole proprietor based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

This website does not have a sign-up or contact form, so we do not collect personal information automatically. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or email, such as:

Your name and contact details (phone number, email).
Any details you share about your business or your project.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general site traffic. It is cookie-free and privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not identify you personally. Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are produced.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide the web design, development and automation services you ask for. We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not sell it.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

How it is stored and shared

Enquiry information stays in our email and WhatsApp. We do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver our service (for example, trusted hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare). Some providers may store data on servers outside South Africa, under data-protection standards comparable to POPIA. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to its use, or to withdraw consent. To do any of these, contact us at keithcodex@gmail.com.
